REPLACE
Replace the face, or the whole character, in photos and videos you have the right to use — with a portrait of yourself or of someone who gave you permission.
Sample results are on their way — pick your video in step 1 to begin.
Source image (to be edited)
A clear portrait photo
Front-facing, well lit, no glasses
This person is kept unchanged — no reference needed.
Pick a character for each person LEFT to RIGHT. Leave "— Keep as is —" to keep that person.
Source video (to be edited)
Only people in the video can be replaced.
A 20-second clip takes about 27 minutes to process.
Pick a character for each person LEFT to RIGHT. Multi-person video is for short clips only — trim it to just the part you need, or replace one person at a time.
Face or Head scope only (video). The system rebuilds just the area around the person instead of the whole frame, so it runs about twice as fast — but that whole area is redrawn, so it usually comes back softer than the rest of the picture and the edge across the body can be visible. Leave this off for the best-looking result. Not available for scenes with several people or a new background.
Available only for a single person, Face / Head / Full-body scope, and the whole clip.
Video only (Face/Head/Full): raises the resolution and detail so the new face or head tracks the reference image more faithfully — noticeably slower in exchange. The estimated time and cost appear next to the generate button and follow your choices. Leave unticked to keep the fast default.
